What we receive

When you contact us through this site, by email or by phone, we receive the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, the address or town for the work, your preferred visit times and the information you share about the project.

What we use it for

We use these details only to answer your enquiry, coordinate a visit, prepare a quotation and, if you appoint us, carry out and invoice the work. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising or newsletters, create marketing profiles, or make it available to other businesses for their own purposes.

Technical providers

We use technical providers to host this website and send email. They may process data only as needed to provide those services to us. They are not allowed to use your details for their own advertising or marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become a project are deleted within a year. Records of work carried out are kept for as long as Dutch tax law requires.

Photographs

We only publish photographs of a job with the owner's permission, and never show people, licence plates, house numbers or documents that could identify anyone.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable. Write to info@jcmultiservices.nl and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
