What we collect

When you send us a message through this site or by email, we receive your name, your email address, the town where the work would be, optionally your phone number, and whatever you tell us about the project.

What we use it for

Only to answer you and, if the project goes ahead, to prepare the quote, carry out the work and invoice it. We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell or share them with third parties.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become a project are deleted within a year. Records of work carried out are kept for as long as Dutch tax law requires.

Photographs

We only publish photographs of a job with the owner's permission, and never show people, licence plates, house numbers or documents that could identify anyone.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to admin@jcmultiservices.nl and we will respond within one month.
